This year’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) was attended by members of the Board of Directors, Shareholders and invitees. The results of the AGMS, among others, approved the Company’s Annual Report for the book ending December 31, 2021.

On that occasion, the Company implemented health protocols and social restrictions in accordance with government regulations.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”) was attended by members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Shareholders and invitees.

The results of the EGMS are the changes in the structure of the Board of Commissioners. On this occasion, the Company implemented health protocols and social restrictions in accordance with government regulations.

In accordance with the mandate of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (“IDX”) through the Regulation Number I-E concerning Obligations on Information Submission, the Company held a Public Expose adressed by the Board of Directors.

This event was carried out by complying to the health procedures in accordance with applicable regulations

This year’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) was attended by members of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, Shareholders and Invitees. The resolution of the AGMS among others are the approval of the Company’s Annual Report for the fiscal year of December 31, 2019.

On this occasion, the Company had implemented relevant health protocols and social distancing in accordance with government regulations.

The company held a National Showroom Gathering event at JHL Solitaire, Gading Serpong on December 13, 2019. This event was attended by owners of used car showrooms who collaborate with the company.

Not only that, the event also included an award session for used car showrooms that have made significant contributions. It is hoped that the owners of used car showrooms can increase their contributions and competitiveness against competitors.
