On March, 14 - 20, 2023, the Company organized a reward tour titled Fantastic Korea as a form of appreciation for the best 45 used car showroom nationwide who have contributed and achieved targets in 2022.

This reward tour is expected to strengthen the relationship between the owners of the used car showroom and the Company and can increase the contribution as well as competitiveness against competitors.

The Company through MLI Learning Center conducted the MLI Character and Team Building Program on February 24 - 25, 2023. The implementation of the MLI Character and Team Building Program aims to build a positive, tough, proactive, creative, and confident person, build a solid and effective team, build effective communication, good strategy, speed and accuracy as well as team solidarity.

Participation is followed by the National Audit & Internal Control Unit (“ICU”) in collaboration with external parties for its implementation.

Showroom National Gathering was held in Bali on January 11 - 13, 2023, at Merusaka Nusa Dua. The event was attended by used car showroom owners which are the partners of the Company. This event was filled with various activities aimed at strengthening the relationship between the participants and the Company.

Furthermore, this event was also filled with awarding sessions for used car showrooms that gave significant contribution to the Company. It is expected that used car showroom owners can increase their contribution and competitiveness against competitors.

On January 6 - 10, 2023, the Company organized a reward tour titled Amazing Thailand as a form of appreciation for the best 25 multipurpose agents nationwide who have contributed and achieved targets in 2022.

This reward tour is expected to strengthen the relationship between agents and the Company and can increase the contribution of agents, as well as competitiveness against competitors.

In connection with the change of Company name and the Company’s Head Office address, the Company held a grand launching on December 2, 2022 at Catur Dharma Hall, 5th floor of Menara Astra, Jakarta.

The event was attended by the Board of Commissioners and Directors, as well as representatives from APPI, OJK, Mizuho Leasing Co., Ltd, Panin Bank and other stakeholders.

The event was opened with remarks from Mr. Hiroshi Nagamine as Senior Managing Executive Officer Member of The Board of Director of Mizuho Leasing Co., Ltd. - Japan, followed by remarks from Mr. Lintang Nugroho as Independent Vice President Commissioner of PT Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk (“Panin Bank”), then Mr. Bambang W. Budiawan as Head of the Department of Supervision of the Non-Bank Financial Industry (“IKNB”) 2B Financial Services Authority, and Gusti Wira Susanto as Head of Accounting, Taxation and Development of the Regional Communication Forum (“FKD”).
