This year’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) was held at Catur Dharma Hall, Menara Astra 5th floor, Jakarta. The AGMS was attended by members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Shareholders and Invitees. The minutes of the AGMS may have been posted on the e-RUPS provider’s website, the Indonesia Stock Exchange’s website, and the Company’s website.

The Company still applies health and security protocols based on the first in first served method, with reference to Circular Letter Number 1 of 2023 concerning Health Protocols during the Transition Period of the 2019 Corona Virus Disease Endemic (COVID-19), room capacity based on the applicable rules and regulations of the Building Management where the AGM is held and best practices.

The Fantastic Japan Reward Tour was held by the Company on June 15 - 22, 2023, attended by 21 participants including used car showroom owners.

It is hoped that this reward tour can provide an unforgettable experience and become an opportunity to strengthen the relationship between used car showroom owners and the Company to provide new enthusiasm to continue to provide good quality and contribution.

MLI Learning Center conducted a Cybersecurity & Regulatory Awareness Program on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. This program aims to increase awareness of internet security for the Company’s employees.

Participation was attended by Directors, Deputy Directors, Department Heads & Branch Offices in collaboration with external parties as resource persons, namely from Sarana Mutu Edukasi Indonesia (“SMEI”).

The Company presents an exciting experience for used car showroom owners who have contributed and reached the target in the form of a reward tour entitled Fantastic Korea on March 14 - 20, 2023, with a total of 45 participants.

This reward tour is expected to provide an unforgettable experience and motivate used car showroom owners to maintain and improve quality and continue to contribute to the Company and strengthen relationships with used car showroom owners with the Company.

The Company through MLI Learning Center has implemented the MLI Character and Team Building Program on February 24-25, 2023. The implementation of the MLI Character and Team Building Program aims to build a positive, tough, proactive, creative, and confident person, build a solid and effective team, build effective communication, good strategy, speed and accuracy as well as team solidarity to create positive habits, and motivate themselves to be determined to improve for the Company’s employees.

Participation is followed by the National Audit & ICU in collaboration with external parties for its implementation.
