Indonesian Citizen, 57 years old, domiciled in Jakarta. In accordance with the decision of the Extraordinary GMS on 17 July 2019, he was appointed as Independent Commissioner as of the effective date of the business merger, namely 23 July 2019 for the 2019-2021 period. In accordance with the resolution of the Annual GMS on 29 July 2022, he was reappointed as Independent Commissioner for the 2022-2024 period. Obtained his Bachelor of Corporate Finance from Florida Atlantic University, Florida, USA, in 1988 and obtained his Master of Corporate Finance Investment from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, USA, in 1989.
