The Change of Company Name and The Change of The Company’s Head Office Address

In accordance with the receipt of the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia concerning the Approval of Amendment to the Article of Association of Limited Liability Companies related to the Change of Company Name and the receipt of the Notification of the Change of Company Data regarding the Change of the Company’s Head Office Address, respectively on September 24, 2022

Effective from September 24, 2022, PT VERENA MULTI FINANCE Tbk has changed its name to: PT MIZUHO LEASING INDONESIA Tbk
And has changed the address of the Head Office to be as follows:

This year’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) was attended by members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Shareholders and invitees. One of the results of the AGMS was approving the Company’s Annual Report for the books ending December 31, 2021.

On this occasion, the Company continues to implement health protocols and social restrictions in accordance with Government regulations.

Cyber Security Training Program

The training program held by the Mizuho Learning Center (“MLC”) and the Information Technology Department themed “Cyber Security Awareness” is attended by the Company’s employees with the position of Head of Department, Branch Manager up to Directors. The purpose of this training is to increase the awareness of every employee who uses information technology about cyber threats that can cause disruption and even financial loss to each individual as well as the Company.

This training also provides an explanation of various ways to prevent cyber threats by using information technology with prudence and responsible. The speaker for this training was Dr. Bayu Prawira Hie, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Digital Transformation.

Based on this, various appreciation programs from the Company to the partner dealers contribution are given to these partner dealers, where one of them is a tour to the Island of the Gods Bali on March 15 - 18, 2022.

The program theme “Bali Luxventure” was attended by 31 dealers.
