From February 19-24, 2025, the Company organized a reward tour titled Top Agent & Aggregator Vietnam Trip 2025, with destinations in Saigon and Da Nang. The program was attended by 25 agents and aggregators. This initiative was intended to strengthen engagement between the agents and the Company, while also encouraging greater contribution and improving competitiveness against competitors.
During the program, participants visited various prominent tourist destinations and took part in a series of activities designed to strengthen relationships and foster stronger synergy.

In relation to strengthening internal controls and implementing the Company’s anti-fraud strategy, the Company, in collaboration with KPMG, conducted training sessions attended by Directors, Deputy Directors, Division Heads, Department Heads, and Area Heads on January 17, 2025, and by Branch Heads as well as Section Heads of Branch Offices and Head Office on January 21, 2025. Furthermore, on October 14, 2025, a comprehension assessment was conducted and attended by employees at both Branch Offices and Head Office.

The Company’s Anti Fraud training demonstrates the Company’s management commitment to reducing the fraud risk by actively providing education to raise anti fraud awareness effectively and sustainably. This educational program is an implementation of the Company’s Anti Fraud Strategy Policy which will be conducted every year.

The Company held a Public Expose event on December 27, 2024, located at Hall B, Gedung Bank Panin 4th floor, Jakarta. The Annual Public Expose presentation is delivered by members of the Company’s Board of Directors.

As a form of appreciation for showroom owners, the Company organized a reward tour titled Wonderful East Europe & Germany 2024 on December 12–24, 2024. The event, attended by 19 participants, included sightseeing in Eastern Europe and Germany. Through this program, the Company aimed to strengthen business partnerships and improve competitiveness in the market.

Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”) was held at Function Hall C, Wisma 46 3rd floor, Jakarta. The EGMS was attended by members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and Shareholders. The minutes of the EGMS have been published on the e-RUPS provider’s website, the Indonesia Stock Exchange’s website, and the Company’s website.
