On July 8–16, 2024, the Company held a reward tour titled Explore Japan 2024, attended by 19 showroom owners. The tour included visits to iconic tourist destinations throughout Japan. This initiative aimed to foster closer relationships between the Company and showroom owners, enhancing their contribution and competitive edge.

On July 2, 2024, the Company held the APU PPT & PPPSPM Training Program at the Head Office. The event was attended by the Deputy Director, Division Heads, Department Heads, and Section Heads from both the Head Office and Branch Office with a total of 100 participants. This training is organized by PT Sarana Mutu Edukasi Indonesia (SMEI). The training included a presentation by Mrs. Esther Rosaline, SH., MA., CFE., CBE., from the Fraud Auditing Development Institute. The training aimed to enhance understanding of policies and procedures related to the implementation of the APU PPT & PPPSPM program, as well as clarify roles and responsibilities in the prevention and eradication of ML (Money Laundering), TF (Terrorism Financing), and/or PPPSPM-related offenses.

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) was held at Catur Dharma Hall, Menara Astra 5th floor, Jakarta. The AGMS was attended by members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Shareholders, and Guests. The minutes of the AGMS have been published on the e-RUPS provider’s website, the Indonesia Stock Exchange’s website, and the Company’s website.

On June 4, 2024, the Company held a Cybersecurity Training session at the Head Office. The event was attended by the Board of Directors, Division Heads, Department Heads, and Section Heads from both the Head Office and Branch Offices, with a total of 100 participants. This training is organized by PT Sarana Mutu Edukasi Indonesia (SMEI). The training featured a presentation by Ardi Sutedja K., Chairman of the Indonesia Cyber Security Forum (ICSF). The session aimed to raise employees’ awareness of cyber threats, provide insights on protecting the company’s critical information, and instill a sense of responsibility in maintaining the company’s digital security.

Held at Marriott Yogyakarta, National Gathering 2024 titled Steady Go took place on April 24–26, 2024, and was attended by 200 showroom owners from across Indonesia. The event featured program presentations, award ceremonies, dinner, and entertainment. On the second day, participants engaged in various team-building activities. This event served as a valuable opportunity to strengthen synergy between showroom owners and Company.
